Glam Tip! How To Get Your Feet Fall/Winter Ready!


With summer wrapping up and fall on our backs it’s time to start preparing ourselves for the cooler weather.  That means sweaters, jackets, cute boots and getting your skin ready.  It’s important to make sure your skin stays hydrated and smooth for these cold windy days perfect for cuddling.

Aloe Vera is a good natural plant that is used for many things including exfoliating  the skin on your feet.


4 Teaspoons of Aloe Vera

1/2 Cup Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Corn Meal

1/2 Cup unscented body lotion.

2 Warm Towels

A plastic bowl

Combine the oatmeal, corn meal, aloe vera, and unscented body lotion in a bowl. Wet the two towels and warm them in the microwave to your temperature liking.  Set the aside to use later.  Slather and smooth the solution onto feet.  Use a pumice stone on the rough edges of your feet.  Wrap your feet in the warm towels and massage them some.  Let them sit for approximate 5-10 mins or until the towels cool.  Remove the towels and use the pumice stone on the areas that were rough.  Wash your feet clean and lotion again.
